Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are a thoughtful way to show someone you care and can be the beginning of a journey towards pain relief, relaxation and better health.

How it works

You can purchase your gift voucher online and choose one of my named treatments or select a monetary value instead.

Your voucher will be sent to you to print at home, or, if you’re short on time, you can send it straight to your recipient.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unfortunately I’m unable to extend the expiry date.

A few things to consider before purchasing

My opening hours are Monday to Friday with some weekends between 11:30 am and 6 pm. Before purchasing, please consider if your recipient can attend during these hours as I’m unable to offer refunds once a voucher has been purchased.

Once your loved one has received their voucher, they simply need to get in touch with me to arrange their appointment.

Receiving your voucher

Above is an example of the voucher you can print yourself or email directly to your recipient.

The voucher will be sent to the recipient email address entered during checkout. Please double-check the email address and ensure that you or your recipient receives the complete voucher, including its expiry date and terms and conditions.

If the voucher does not arrive straight away, please have a quick look in your junk or spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to help.

After completing your purchase, please keep your browser open briefly so that my shop can receive notification of your order.

Terms and Conditions

• Gift vouchers are available for a range of treatments.
• Unless otherwise stated, vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be redeemed by the expiry date shown. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.
• No change will be given when a voucher is used to settle an account.
• Photocopies will not be accepted.
• Please book well in advance as all bookings are subject to availability.
• Gift vouchers are available to guests aged 18 and over.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.
• Blank replacement vouchers cannot be issued for lost vouchers.
• The customer is responsible for checking and observing the voucher’s expiry date.
• Jeanna reserves the right to refuse entry to clients who are abusive or threatening.
